The Holy Land

Day 1   Arrive at Queen Alia International Airport.  Transfer to hotel in Amman for overnight stay on dinner, bed and breakfast basis. 

Day 2   Proceed for Amman Tour.  Visit the Archeological Museum, Roman Amphitheater and Citadel.  Visit Madaba, 
Mt.Nebo and the hot springs of Ma’en Village.  Transfer to hotel in Amman for overnight stay on dinner, bed and breakfast. 

Day 3   Visit Karak and transfer to Petra, to see the facinating Red Rose City.  Petra is the capital city which the Nabatean Arabs carved out of the rose red, pink salmon and cinnamon coloured Nubian sandstone.  Transfer to hotel in Petra for overnight stay on dinner, bed and breakfast basis. 

Day 4    Drive from Petra to Wadi Rum.  The terrain of Wadi Rum with its sheer granite and limestone cliffs shooting out of pink sandy desert expanses, has awed visitors.  Proceed to Aqaba for a swim.  Aquaba is on the southern tip of Jordan; palm fringed, ranged by a chain of purple, violet mountains and lapped by the warm waters of the Red Sea.  Transfer to hotel in Amman for overnight stay on dinner, bed and breakfast basis. 

Day 5   Proceed for a full day tour, visiting the Jerash and the Desert Castles.  Transfer to hotel in Amman for overnight stay on dinner, bed and breakfast basis. 

Day 6   Transfer to Queen Alia International Airport for onward flight.

Day 4   Proceed for a full day tour of Petra.  Explore the most fascinating site in the Middle East; the Red Rose city, Treasury, Theater, Tombs and Palaces.   Transfer to hotel in Aqaba for overnight stay on dinner, bed and breakfast basis. 

Day 5   Full day at leisure in Aqaba for shopping, enjoying the sun and swimming in the Red Sea.  Overnight stay at hotel in Amman on dinner, bed and breakfast basis. 

Day 6   Half day visit to the Wadi Rum, Lawrance of Arabia Land.  See the magnificent sunset and enjoy tea & coffee at a Bedouin tent.  Transfer to hotel in Amman for overnight stay on dinner, bed and breakfast basis.

Day 7   Proceed for a full day tour, visiting the Jerash, the Ajloun and the Dead Sea.  Transfer to hotel in Amman for overnight stay on dinner, bed and breakfast basis.
